Fantastic copy of Ziggy Stardust
First Pressing 2nd variant interim release with no Mainman on the cover.
One of the best copies of Ziggy Stardust I've seen in a long while.
The album cover is incredible condition for it's age, easily one of the best available
Strong solid card, great corners and a perfect spine as can be seen in the pictures.
These Ziggy album covers do not usually last the test of time and are usually flat frayed and worn out, not this one it really is a beauty.
The Inner lyrics sleeve is also in fantastic condition, very clean with no dirty marks or writing. It has a couple of creases but no split seams.. It's in fantastic condition.
The Vinyl record is in fantastic condition. You take it out of the sleeve and it looks amazing, you can tell it's going to play well.
No nasty marks just a few feathers under a torch light but nothing feelable which make no difference to the playback.
First thing that struck me on playback is the lack of surface noise, it's so quiet between tracks on the majority of the album.
There are a couple of pops but absolutely no jumps or sticks.
It's a totally fantastic listen, you will not be disappointed.
The labels as you can see are in terrific order.
I've priced this fairly going by the completed listings of Ziggy, in fact it's well below quite a few that have went for mental money and they certainly weren't in the condition of my copy that's for sure..
