Description
This is the third album by David Bowie. I was very lucky to buy the first 3 David Bowie LP's from the original owner, all on the same day back in 1974 ! He had only played them a few times before moving house and all his records went in to storage. He owned my local Record shop where I bought all my records in the 1970's.
The cover is near mint with just tiny scuffs on the corners as you can see in the pictures. The textured cover on this LP is not very strong card so is prone to damage, but this is one of the best I have seen.
There is one hairline which produces a very light tick at the start of track 2 on side 1, it lasts for less than a minute, apart from that, the whole LP sounds superb. It has only had a few plays and is in stunning condition.
The labels are perfect with just a few spindle marks. The inner sleeve has gone brown around the edges (foxing). You can only hear a tiny amount of background noise in between tracks, and it is very obvious that this LP has not been played many times. It is also perfectly flat with no warping.
As you know, this is a very rare LP and it will be shipped in a proper LP mailer with stiffeners, and a separate inner sleeve. The maximum insurance with Royal Mail for international shipping is only £250, so if the buyer is outside the UK they would have to accept that risk or arrange their own shipping. Please contact me for a shipping price if you are outside the UK or in the Highlands, Islands or Ireland. Please see my other listings for the Bowie LP's.
