Description

Original 1971 vinyl with ultra rare 'dress' cover. Not a later counterfeit copy, as Bowie's boot is about half an inch from the edge (fake has boot on edge) and the circled 'P' on label (fake is circled 'R'). This has been owned from new and was bought in Cardiff soon after release. Will be sent 'signed for'. I will describe in as much detail as I can, but feel free to ask any questions. PLEASE NOTE....... This is an UK auction only. Also, if winning bidder has ANY problems (postage/condition/etc), please contact me 1st. Some people can't wait to moan to E-bay about the slightest things! Full refund if not happy. 1971 Mercury records (6338041). Textured front and back covers are in very good condition. There is a light crease (3") on bottom left corner just above the 'Mercury' sign (see photo). Also, on top right of back cover is small biro mark 'DOP' (see photo). There is slight wear around edges, but no rips/tears. Details of the record on spine are all visible. Labels are clean apart from some spindle marks. Vinyl is in very good condition. There are some light marks, but album plays with no sticking/repeating or jumps. There is a little crackling between songs and there are 2 'clicks' on 'she shook..' and 1 on title track. Plays lovely with great quality.
