Visually VG+/VG+ but there is *surface noise* on this LP so audio wise would be maybe VG-. I have cleaned it but you can still hear it. Bought at a record fair as the sleeve and record looked decent condition. I bought a remastered copy to replace this.

Some creases and light marks on sleeve/spine.
