Description
No sales outside USA, please. I am not a retail record dealer. I'm just a collector who must make some space from my collection at my wife's request.
David Bowie's Man Who Sold the World with the rare, original cartoon or illustrative cover on Mercury SR 61325. Released in 1970, critics claim this is the record that launched Glam Rock. The album was Bowie's first with the nucleus of what would become the "Spiders from Mars", the backing band made famous by The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars in 1972
I am familiar with Goldmine grading standards. But, I grade conservatively (best I'll give myself is a VG+ if in shrink or has never been played before) in case someone may be very strict about their grading. All my records come are from my personal collection, in VG condition and play through.
All records come from a smoke-free environmentOuter Jacket or Cover: VG. No name or writing on cover. Spine is fully in tact. Minimal shelf wear with a tiny piece of scotch tape in top L corner. Bullet hole in top R corner.
Vinyl: VG. Clean copy with matrix # in the trail-off. No name or writing on label. Some tiny surface scratches or paper scuffs but plays through without skipping. Comes with scratch resistant, protective inner sleeve.
All records come with a plastic, protective outer sleeve. Records are bubble wrapped for protection and shipped in a record mailer for additional protection.
