Description
At the time of purchase I was buying any vinyl by Bowie that I could possibly obtain yet work meant I was constantly away from home so I would simply store the albums until later. Many have been stored and remain unplayed for more than 25 to 30 years.
Release details: Citizen Kane 001 A/B
Condition of sleeve: Very Good to Excellent-. The thin cardboard album sleeve is in very good condition despite its lack of strength. It is a full colour sleeve. There are no seam splits. There is some very slight ring wear due to shaping by the vinyl. When held up to the light there are wear and scuff marks on the sleeve but they are actually not that noticeable. The top left corner has a small crease (a by-product of the thin cardboard). There is a manufacturing mark parallel and adjacent to the spine on the rear sleeve. This was the condition of the album sleeve upon receipt. I am simply trying to be accurate. All in all, this 31 year old album sleeve actually looks quite good. It has been stored upright within a high quality sealed polyurethane sleeve since I obtained it. Check the photographs.
Condition of the vinyl: Very good+. This is a visual inspection. I took the disc out of the sleeve for the first time today to check its condition. There are hairline marks on the vinyl and some scuff marks. There are no spindle marks. Clean, plain white labels. The inner paper record sleeve is crispy, clean and immaculate. I have not actually played this copy myself. I already had a recording of the particular show from the Paris Cinema Studios (1970).
Insert: There is a blue insert that is actually designed to be cut out and provide the labels for the disc. See the photograph.
