Description
David Bowie narrates the children's classic story, set to music by Prokofiev. This is an unplayed promo copy unearthed from the files of an industry insider who never threw anything away. And nice that he kept this one, because it's a wonderful tale to listen to with any children in your life. (You will probably recognize the theme from Music Appreciation 101.) And it's never too early to teach the young ones respect for David Bowie.
See the photos so you are not surprised when you see that like many promos sent to radio station execs it was pressed on one side only. Perfect for short attention spans too, and a nice way to bridge the theoretical gap between classical and rock.
Free shipping in the US and it just might come with the free holiday giveaway (see other listings at Authentic Rock Collectibles for details) if there are any left.
