The reason why this 1973 promo (of the original 45 from 1962) by Dave and Lee (David Gates and Leon Russell) lists so high in Goldmine is that it was quickly withrawn after a threatened lawsuit.  You can hear these songs (scroll to songs #8 and #9) at http://www.preservemusic.org/podcasts/media/TAMA_volume04.mp3.
