DESCRIPTION: David Gilmour - On An Island LP. Original 1ST pressing with matrix ending A1/B1, Oversize (32.5cm x 32.5cm) heavyweight sleeve with printed inner sleeve. Vinyl has been kept in a separate white poly lined inner. Thick heavyweight vinyl weighing in at 173gm. Mint condition poster has never been unfolded. Sold to me from a record shop as unsealed but unplayed. I can see no sign it has been played and I have not played it. Packed this weighs over 900gm so overses postage is adjusted accordingly. Postage cost includes insurance and top quality packagaing. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: EMI 0946 3 55695 13: YEAR OF RELEASE: 2006: COUNTRY OF RELEASE: EU: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): NM/EX+. Vinyl is immaculate with a deep dark sheen. Sold to me as unplayed, looks unplayed and I have not played it. No spindle lines. Does sit perfectly flat on turntable. Super heavyweight gate fold sleeve is in top shape. It is firm and square with negligible wear. It has a very thin 1" graze to one edge of spine preventing NM grade. Printed inner and white inner are NM, immaculate. Poster has never been unfolded and i did not want to unfold it myself just for a photo. Immaculately clean labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. This is as good as an unsealed copy can get. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER FLOYD/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
