 This item is an album released in 1972 on Apple Records by David Peel and the Lower East Side entitled ‘The Pope Smokes Dope’. Record label and number is Apple Records SW 3391. This LP was produced by John Lennon and Yoko Ono. Record itself is in excellent condition and looks as if it might have been played a couple of times. Record labels show no spindle wear. Record cover is in VG+ condition with some light wear, some discoloring on the top edge of the cover and some slight bubbling on the back of the cover (see photos). Album comes complete with its original photo / song lyric inner sleeve (see photos). See photos for song listings.
