Description
This is an undated Testament reissue of HMV ASD 429, Gioconda de Vito performing Bach's violin concerto in E major and Mozart's violin concerto No. 3 in G major (K.216). The Bach concerto is performed with the London Symphony Orchestra and the Mozart concerto with the Royal Philiharmonic Orchestra, both conducted by Rafael Kubelik. This reissue is on 180 gram vinyl. There is a sticker on the back of the jacket with the logo of the phonograph accessories company Reson (visible in photo). The vinyl is graded EX. There are faint radial marks on the inner parts of both sides. There is a soft tick in the last 10 seconds of side B, but otherwise the sound is very close to NM. The jacket is graded VG+. There is an approximately 4" crack in the top of the jacket, a minor ding to the upper left corner, and a very slight bend in the upper right corner. The original polylined paper inner sleeve is graded NM. This record has been ultrasonically cleaned, play-graded on a Merrill-Williams REAL 101 turntable, and placed in a rice paper style antistatic inner sleeve. A new 5 mil polypropylene outer sleeve is provided.
