Hey DK fans. Here's the deal with this one.  I bought this at a mall when it came out. It has the "Banned!" Hype sticker AND came with the Giger poster. I believe this lines up with Discogs # r393961.  Though still in the shrink the sleeve shows wear. The poster has never been displayed. Here's the rub. The vinyl is trashed. I loaned it to someone in 1987 and it either sat in their car baking in the hot sun or they cleaned with something that gave it hazy sheen. It doesn't sound good. Maybe a proper deep clean it all it needs but my amateur attempts with a Big Fudge and generic vinyl LP cleaning spray have done nothing to remove the haze. Basically...buy this for the sleeve and poster.... Not for the record. See photos for condition of all the elements.
