12" Picture sleeve
Inner sleeve with art work and lyrics
Original version including poster "Penis Landscape," by Swiss artist H. R. Giger. Charges were filed against the band for "Selling pornography to minors". Much controversy ensued and the poster was ordered to be removed. Very few copies with this poster were distributed making this an extremely rare collectible.
