From my own personal collection, this is an original issue of The Dead Kennedy's Frankenchrist album, including the controversial Giger poster.  Please see the photos.  Also included is a Alternative Tentacles flyer that came with the album, advertising other AT releases.  This is hard to find with the original poster.
