Description
I am selling my vinyl LPs. They have all been purchased new from local record stores and I have cherished them to keep them in the best possible condition. They have only ever been played on quality hifi equipment, never used at parties and never loaned out. I am the only person who has ever put them on a turntable.
Dear Mr Time, 'Grandfather', rare and collectable 1970 UK vinyl LP, totally original and in mint condition
It's not often that you find a Chelmsford band, even more rare to find one that made an album. I used to hang out with them at the time this was made, helping them set up at gigs etc and was present at the recording studios for one of the sessions. Only 1000 copies of the original were made but I have discovered that Chris Baker, the guitarist and main songwriter, has re-released it with some bonus tracks. What I am selling here is the original. I don't recall how I acquired this album but it might have been direct from the band. It was never stocked by my local record shops. It is a rarity indeed!
CATALOGUE NUMBER: SQA 101
RECORD LABEL: Square Records
MATRIX MARKS: SQA 101A-2, SQA 101 B-1G
SLEEVE CONDITION: Mint. Laminated on the front with an unlaminated picture on the back. The spine is a bit folded over and hard to read but it has always been like that. No creases whatsoever. No ring marks visible.
LABEL CONDITION: Mint. No spindle marks or other blemishes of any kind. I was always scrupulously careful about how I place the record on the turntable so as to avoid any damage to the label. It wasn't about resale value, I just wanted them to stay in great condition.
VINYL CONDITION: Mint. There are no blemishes on this record, the vinyl is as clear and shiny as the day it was made and I'm sure you will get top quality audio on all tracks.
MAILING DETAILS: LPs are sent in cardboard sleeves made for the purpose. I will mail using Royal Mail first class postage in the UK and Royal Mail Airmail to Europe. For other locations please contact me and I'll tell you the cost.
PAYMENT: PayPal is preferred.
Because of its rarity I have a higher than usual starting price but no reserve.
