Description

Jacket is clear
Vinyl is VG- with numerous light scuffs and a few light scratches (this was my preferred version of The Calling, so I played the hell out of it at the goth club in the 90s)
Gold border indicates this is a 2nd press limited to 970 copies. Personal note - The first time I saw DIJ in 1996, I brought a stack of vinyl for Douglas to sign. He refused to sign this one. He told me he had no part in this release and has never been paid for it. I did a bit more research, reaching out to some people in the biz at the time. Apparently, Patrick had the master recordings and decided to re-release this single on his own without paying any royalties to Douglas or Tony. Since Patrick co-wrote all of the music, it was all perfectly legal, so this is not considered a bootleg or even an "unofficial release", it was just a dick move and Douglas is still pissed about it.
