We have 14 years (combined accounts) experience as eBay sellers. We ship items carefully packaged as we would want to receive them. Our item descriptions strive for 100% accuracy, and no flaws are intentionally "hidden" or "not stated". If we say an item is "like new", we mean it looks like the shrink wrap just came off the item.
Return policy: Returns are only for defective/damaged items. Item must be returned and received by us in the same condition you received it before a refund is issued.
International shipping: All customers outside the US - please wait to be invoiced after auction close. Our post office has drastically increased international shipping rates, so we want to make sure you are quoted exact postage for your country, and that the postage is not padded in any way. Customers in South America, Central America, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, Italy and Spain MUST purchase registered mail ($12.95) in addition to regular postage.
