- Sleeve: VGVG (Creases on both sides from record. Bit of wear along the edges and corners with tape on the right side. Tear on the left edge near bottom)
- Vinyl: VGVG (Surface noise on both sides, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have some scribble which can be seen if held up in a light)
