Outer Sleeve: EX small opening top right corner, but not much, Decca logo still looks fine. Some light laminate lifting on rear.
Up for auction is another rare Classical LP, this time featuring the fabulous performance of Stravinsky's 'Petrushka' conducted by Ernest Ansermet... Before listing the item I have listened to both sides of the LP and can confirm it is in nice playable condition. The sound quality and defintion is truly brilliant. The surface of the vinyl is visually wonderfully glossy and clean. This had been cherished and stored away in a cool, smoke free environment for many years...I only offer for sale LP's that I would be happy to buy and own. All the rest I do not sell.

I am making a point of saying that if the final sale price of any LP offered should be in excess of £50 I would recommend that the winner have the item shipped by International Signed for Delivery for Europe and further afiled and by Recorded Delivery if in the UK, but this is optional. I want to make sure that a) you do receive this item and b) you have the extra security of signing for it etc.
For Europe and Rest of the World insurance is an optional extra at cost of £3.50 and will require that you sign to receive the item. You can also using the track and trace number online if there is a need to.
Paypal, Nochex and standard UK cheques, postal orders and cash are all welcome. Paypal is preferred however.

On 28-Oct-07 at 22:58:00 GMT, seller added the following information:A quick update....I have listened to the record again, this time with a brand new ortofon stylus and can confirm that side one is better than near mint, I would have said closer to mint- in that it plays beautifully well from start to finish...really great.
For those who are interested you can now hear a one minute sound clip of the first minute of side two which as I stated has a few light ticks at the start, but hardly anything...the rest of side two plays great right to the end....I like to be as open and informative as possible, I hope the sound clip helps. It's in mp3 format and you can download it from here....
