Description
RARE Decca SXL 2087-90 boxed set Mozart Marriage of Figaro original UK wide band 1sted. SXL 2088 is grooved the others are not. Comes with original four page insert and nice clean Decca FFSS sleaves. All records have been cleaned and will come in new Diskeeper sleaves. Original box has signs of wear and clear tape repairs. There are marks on the back. All my gradings below are subjective and just my personal opinion.
SXL 2087 plays through both sides with minor surface noise. My grading would be vg++. Visually vinyl has some fine feather marks. Some spindle wear. Matrix numbers: Side 1 ZAL 2728-5E, side 8 ZAL 2735-4K.
SXL 2088 plays through both sides with minor surface noise. There is a visible mark on side 7 which does not affect the sound. My grading would be vg++. Visually vinyl has some fine feather marks. Some spindle wear. Matrix numbers: Side 2ZAL 2729-47, side 7 ZAL 2734-4F.
SXL 2089 plays through both sides with some surface noise. My grading would be vg+. Visually vinyl has some fine feather marks. Some spindle wear. Matrix numbers: Side 3 ZAL 2730-4F, side 6 ZAL 2733-2K.
SXL 2090 plays through both sides with some surface noise. My grading would be vg+. Visually vinyl has some fine feather marks. There is a visible mark on side 5 extending into the record. This does not affect the sound. Some spindle wear. Matrix numbers: Side 4 ZAL 2731-3E, side 5 ZAL 2723-3F.
I will post internationally but only with Australia Post International Express which provides signature on delivery and provides me with confirmation of delivery. This is more expensive than ordinary International delivery but is the safest in my view. Please do not bid if you don't want to pay for this service. Dimensions and weight in postage details are correct so you can work out the cost from the Australia Post website.
