DESCRIPTION: Deep Purple LP- Come Taste The Band. Early UK pressing with matrices ending A3U/B2U, gatefold sleeve and lyric inner sleeve. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Purple TPSA 7515 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1975 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX+/EX. Vinyl is very clean with a dark sheen. Played lengthy passages of this today on my Pro-ject Deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent or better throughout. Clear, clean and loud. Its actually a really good Lp, very underrated. Cover retains great shape and is firm and square with less than light ight edgewear, cornerwear and creasing.Tiny nick on top front edge prevents EX+ grade for sleeve. Inside of gatefold is clean with sharp, clean photos. Inner is easily the best I have had. Its very white (see photo 4) and has no splits Vinyl has been kept in a seperate white inner since i bought it. Very clean labels. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System but please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL ONLY UNLESS STATED. You are likely to get some background noise , even if its just between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES (INCLUDING SIGNIFICANT INNERS) PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
