DESCRIPTION: Deep Purple LP- Fireball. 1st UK pressing with A2U/B3U matrix and fully textured (inside and out) gatefold sleeve. In original Harvest advertising poly lined inner and with scarce insert. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Harvest SHVL793 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1971 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG+. Vinyl is nice and clean with only one thin hairline preventing me from giving this a visual EX grade Played lengthy passages of this today on my pro-ject deck. Sounds Excellent. Clear and loud with great depth and seperation. Really only very slight background sound on the occasional run in. Silence between most tracks. Cover is still firm and square with light edgewear, cornerwear and light creasing. It has a name printed faintly in biro in inside of sleeve. Increasingly scarce insert is at least EX, very white, nice and clean. Harvest inner is better than EX. Very clean labels. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Nice clean copy all round. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System but please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL ONLY UNLESS STATED. You are likely to get some background noise , even if its just between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES (INCLUDING SIGNIFICANT INNERS) PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
