Description
Deep Purple’s classic Machine Head 1972 album UK first pressing TPSA 7504 on Purple Records A1U/ B1U with the original poster.
We all know how great Ritchie is and how good a singer Ian is and a bass player Roger is….Ian Paice punch and powerful fills are UNBELIEVABLE on this record! as is Jon Lord’s brilliant keyboard playing.
I worked with the band around this time for a short spell and listening to it today brought back a lot great memories….A great bunch of guys.
The record grades a modest Excellent there are some marks nothing deep as well as some static which is totally normal as well as some surface noise here and there nothing serious..It’s a really nice first pressing.
The gatefold cover grades Excellent to Near Mint inner (see scans).
This record is the reason one collects vinyl…This record was not meant to be heard on none of that digital **** that's out there.
I've been collecting records for over 55 years now and this album is from my personal collection.
