ARTIST: Deep Purple

TITLE: Machine Head

PRODUCT INFO: On offer is rare original pressing of  'Machine Head' by Deep Purple. This is the original  pressing on Purple. Comes in laminated gatefold sleeve. Includes lyric fold out poster.  Record label has first issue points with 'The Gramophone Co Ltd' on outer rim and no reference to EMi as well as 'Made in Great Britain' on bottom.  matrix numbers are:

  • Side A: TPSA 7504 A - 1U
  • Side B: TPSA 7504 B - 1U

Vinyl : 

Visual grade: Excellent very bright with occasional very light scuffs and marks. labels have some light spindle marks and also previous owners name in pen on both sides.

Play grade; Excellent

Sleeve : Excellent with only light storage wear with rubbing to edges and corners. No splits. Internally nice and clean (see pictures) .

Insert: Light wear  and also drawing pin hole in each corner

EXCELLENT: The Record Shows Some Signs Of Having Been Played, But There Is Very Little Lessening In Sound Quality. The Cover And Packaging Might Have Slight Wear And / Or Creasing.

VERY GOOD: The Record Has Obviously Been Played Many Times, But Displays No Major Deterioration In Sound Quality, Despite Noticeable Surface Marks And The Occasional Light Scratch. Normal Wear And Tear On The Cover Or Extra Items, Without Any Major Defects, Is Acceptable.

GOOD: The Record Has Been Played So Much That The Sound Quality Has Noticeably Deteriorated, Perhaps With Some Distortion And Mild Scratches. The Cover And Contents Suffer From Folding, Scuffing Of Edges, Spine Splits, Discolouration, Etc.
