PURPLE RECORDS LABEL 1972 ORIGINAL FIRST UK PRESSING WITH GRAMOPHONE TEXT. WITH THE FOLLOWING ETCHED ON THE RUN OFF OF THE VINYLS.

SIDE 1 ( PORKY TPS 3511 A-1U)

SIDE 2 ( DELTA PORK TPS 3511 B - 1U)

SIDE 3 ( PECKO TPS 3512 A - 1U)

SIDE 4 ( PECKIE TPS 3512 B - 1U)


The two vinyls are in good condition with some marks.


THE OUTER LAMINATED GATEFOLD SLEEVE, SHOWS SOME MARKS WHICH I HAVE SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS.

Released in 1972 on the PURPLE label, I am offering today this original very first UK pressing of this 1972 album by UK rock legends DEEP PURPLE. The album is titled "MADE IN JAPAN " and contains suck tracks as SMOKE ON THE WATER, HIGHWAY STAR, SPACE TRACKING, SRANGE KIND OF WOOMAN etc. The album has the rare Gramophone rim text which was only on the first pressing. The vinyl shows a few very light scuffs nothing that can be felt and plays through with excellent audio and has clean labels.


The album comes with original outer laminated gatefold sleeve which is clean with no splits, stickers or unwanted writings etc but shows some stains and marks on the edges, please see all photos for condition. Overall a very presentable example.


The vinyls come complete with their original inner sleeves which are clean but show some folds.


Also there is a newspaper clipping dated December 9 1972
