Test Pressing of Deep Purple

by DEEP PURPLE

on Passport Records

1988

Check out this crazy RARE test pressing of Deep Purple by Deep Purple…with the first line-up including Blackmore, Lord, and Paice, so amazing!

The cover is a very dirty, plain white cardboard with a typed, copied track list taped on the front to specify what the center of the record should say. The inlay is blank from HUB. The vinyl, luckily, was covered in a nice plastic sleeve to protect it from damage.

I’m a fan, not an audiophile or professional grader, but in my opinion the record looks and sounds great. I’ve only played it twice in nearly 40 years and the grooves are deep. Use the pictures as your guide, I took them of the exact album you’ll get. If you have any questions at all feel free to ask in advance - this is a used item sold AS IS.

And remember, “Everything louder than everything else!”
