Description

Very rare original UK MONO Blue Liberty press of one of the coolest ever dark psych LP´s in the world. Del Shannon must have been into a serious nervous breakdown when doing this. It was recorded in the UK with help from the whole Immediate Records team which gives it a certain strange magic that is really astonishing when compared to other lp´s from the same time. Strange dark lyrics and arrangements. The beautifull still inocent sounding vouice of Dean sounding like a Young Werther during his suffering. The UK press came in a mucho more beautiful sleeve than the US one positioning Del Shannon in a field of flowers. Disc from 1968 is EX with some sleevescuffes playing clean. Sleeve is VG++ to EX- with some wear at the back overall looking great. RARE!
