Description
From my own collection, this is an extremely rare vinyl LP of Delton Screechie's debut LP, Living in the Ghetto, from 1982, on Moa Anbessa LP001, making it a UK 1st pressing.
Deadwax runout grooves read as follows. Side 1. SHOWCASE - A SIDE ONE Side 2. SHOWCASE - B SIDE TWO
Vinyl is very glossy on both sides, there are only a couple of marks I can see & they do not cause any clicks, pops or jumps. labels on both sides are free of any spindle marks. The record plays very well indeed, sound quality is excellent, & little crackles are mostly noiseless with no intruding on the music. I rate the vinyl as Ex. The outer cover is mostly excellent, although there are some marks & scuffs to the back cover, a little print loss around the edges, & the beginning of a little ringwear on the front. There is also a little crease at the corner opening side, about 1 inch x half an inch. Mostly very good, but due to the marks I rate the cover as VG+
I play all my records through so I don't have to guess when grading them.
I have always kept my records clean, but before I sell them I always clean them with my VPI RCM & put the record in a new anti-static inner sleeve, & the cover in a new cover also.
I always insure my items for their full value & do not make any money on postage.
Collection from BH22 near Bournemouth is also welcomed.
