Demus plays with beautiful, hammerless tone, and is wholly inside Debussy’s evocative sound world, DG providing rich anaolog sound throughout.

Incidentally, the striking cover photo was taken by Alfred Garbrecht. There are fine liner notes (uncredited) on the reverse side of the jacket, printed in German only.

CONDITION:

The gradations of condition I use are as follows: MINT, Near-Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.

The condition of the jacket is EXCELLENT+. There is minuscule wear at corners, , but that is all. There are no seamsplits, bends, owners' markings, or other defects, and the whole remains solid, bright, and glossy, and highly attractive – overall, a very fine collector's copy.

The condition of the LP is near-MINT and playback is superb – overall, a truly fine collector's copy.
