This NEAR MINT copy of one of the greatest rock albums, is a UK 1st press from November 1970 release on Polydor: 2335-019/10
This 2-LP set is is often regarded as Eric Clapton's greatest musical achievement. It features a host of talented musicians: Bobby Whitlock on keyboards/vocals, Jim Gordon on drums, Carl Radle on bass, & special guest performer Duane Allman on lead and slide guitar

Housed within an unlaminated 'MacNeill Press' printed gatefold cover, complete with correct '1170' dated poly-lined inner-sleeves

All are perfectly clean & unblemished with just a handful of light spindle trails around the side 3 centre hole, but none on any of the others.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine, factory-fresh deep-gloss playing surfaces which are totally unmarked and 'as new' in strong daylight. Close inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals nothing more than a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines. All sides of this immaculate copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
This copy has received just a handful of careful plays on side 4 only. However, all tracks play flawlessly and are totally unworn and free from any groove/playwear or background interference. In fact, apart form a single tick on the introduction to the opening track on side 1, this is copy is as good as you will ever hope to find.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
An exceptional, clean & firm example with unworn front & rear panels bearing just a single 'thumbnail' wrinkle on each. There is a touch of shelfwear to the lower corners but all are free form any heavy bumps or bruising.
Both panels of the inside of the gatefold immaculate.
The spine is unworn & perfectly worded along its entire length.
Inner-sleeves: EXCELLENT +
Apart from a few gentle storage bends, these are 'as new'.
