The Desperate Bicycles – New Cross, New Cross (Six Track Single)
7” Stereo 33rpm with printed sleeve & labels.
Released on the DB’s own Refill Records (RR3) 1978. This single is a Stereo recording with different songs on each side of the record, and two colour printing on the sleeve. Run-off messages “THANKS ERIC’S” “.… AND RENE TOO.”

The Desperate Bicycles’ 3rd single. From my own 70's punk / DIY collection, I can personally guarantee that this is an original copy of this rare and classic record.
The Desperate Bicycles were one of the earliest and best UK post-Punk DIY groups. The music, attitude and lyrics are completely representative of this brief but energetic moment in time, a true DIY Punk classic. No Desperate Bicycles music is available in any format other than the original records.
The New Cross EP is, in my humble opinion, the definitive Desperate Bicycles recording.
This single is very scarce and in excellent condition, the sleeve was printed on very thin paper and shows signs of age (discoloration and staining of the paper).
