Grading: VG (some noise over the B-side intro but then plays great)

Comments: The Detroit duo Raymond Monette & Michael Campbell, the guys who composed the song on the B-side. An immensely popular Northern Soul 45, where the B-side is the driver. Interesting to see Dennis Coffey showing up as arranger. Paul Robinson was the master mind behind the whole Pied Piper phenomena, allowing non-Motown Detroit talent to expose their talents through RCA. Unfortunately for those involved it went nowhere commercially, despite RCA’s generous pressing of promos, but it certainly did create a trove of collectibles.
