North London's sultry songstress returns!

It's been 3 years since Dido made her live debut in Australia, selling out multiple shows in Melbourne & Sydney within hours of going on sale. The demand to see Dido live on stage was overwhelming but not at all surprising.

For many of us, the first time we heard Dido's gorgeous vocals was courtesy of 6 lines heavily sampled in Eminem's 'Stan'. Dido was "blown away" when she first heard M's version, particularly when the airplay springboarded 'Thank You' into a major hit in its own right.

Dido's debut album 'No Angel' went on to sell in excess of 12 million copies, making it Britain's best-selling female solo album ever and garnering Dido a swag of Brit Awards, MTV Awards, and Ivor Novello Awards. In Australia the album has sold more than 500,000 units, taking it past 7 times platinum.

Fast forward to today and Dido's second album, "Life For Rent", has owned the charts for the best part of a year since debuting at #1.

An album full of uplifting, emotionally affirming songs of love and life, gentle but barbed, Dido describes it as "about not being afraid to take chances, or to live life to the full". Collaborating again with big brother Rollo, studio mastermind of Faithless, the sound is an orchestrated ambience layered with subtle dance beats and studio wizardry; a mix that these siblings do so very well. If further proof is needed, the album has already spawned two massive worldwide hits - 'Life for Rent' and 'White Flag'.
