Arthur Russell

Real Name:- Charles Arthur Russell, Jr.
Profile:-     American cellist, artist, and composer. Born: 21 May 1951 in Oskaloosa, Iowa, USA. Died: 4 April 1992 in NYC, New York, USA (aged 40).
Arthur Russell was raised in Oskaloosa, Iowa, where he later studied the cello and began to write his own music. In the early 1970s, he moved to California and studied Indian music at the Ali Akbar Khan School in San Francisco. He met Allen Ginsberg, with whom he began to work.    In 1979, Arthur wrote and produced "Kiss Me Again", under the name Dinosaur. It was the first disco single to be released by Sire Records, and the first of many of Arthur's innovative dance tunes. This was followed by "Is It All Over My Face" by Loose Joints, released in 1980. In 1982.

• Mint Minus [N.M.] - Label and Vinyl looks perfect and plays perfect

• Excellent - Vinyl has virtually no blemishes, may have minor fine superficial marks Plays Perfect.

• VG plus - Has the odd superficial mark but plays without any surface noise or skips or crackles. Very close to Excellent. May have sticker

• VG - Same as above but may have more marks. But still plays without skips or surface noise.

• GOOD  more noticeable marks than a VG+ but has no skips or jumps. May have SLIGHT surface noise
