Description

Artist: Dire Straits
Album: Brothers in Arms (1985)
Label/Catalog: Warner Bros. Records – 1-25264 / 9 25264-1
Pressing Details: True 1985 US First Pressing. Features the stamped "MASTERDISK" and hand-etched "RL" (Bob Ludwig) in the dead wax runout. Includes the original retail barcode on the back cover (0 7599-25264-1). Condition Details (Graded conservatively using Goldmine Standards):

  • Jacket/Cover: Very Good (VG to VG+)
The outer jacket is clean with strong, vibrant colors and minimal ring wear. Corners have light shelf wear, and the spine text remains completely clear and legible. No writing, tape, or tears.
  • Inner Sleeve: Very Good (VG)
Original printed inner lyric sleeve is included. It is crisp and clean but features one small seam split on the edge from age, which is typical for this release.
  • Vinyl Side 1: Very Good Minus (VG-)
This side has visible surface scuffing and a few noticeable light scratches. There is audible crackling during playback on this side, though it does not skip or loop on my turntable.
  • Vinyl Side 2: Very Good Plus (VG+)
Minor, faint surface scuffs under direct light that do not affect playback. There is some audible crackling during playback, but no skipping.
Photos show the exact item you will receive. Shipped securely in a dedicated cardboard LP record mailer with the vinyl removed from the jacket to prevent transit damage.
