45 rpm Direct-to-Disc TAS LP: Beethoven "Appassionata", IKUYO KAMIYA, RCA RDCE-4 (JRL 1-1105).  This is a rare direct-to-disc recording/mastering 45 rpm audiophile LP with excellent and natural sound of Bosendorfer piano.  The audiophile virgin vinyl used for this LP is the same see-through vinyl that was used for Mobile Fidelity (MFSL) records in the 1980's, and is the quietest vinyl from my experience.  The quiet background really brings out all the detail and ambiance.  This has incredible bass frequencies.  This is one of the most highly sought after "TAS" recordings (Harry Pearson's recommended list of The Absolute Sound magazine, or "HP List" or "Superdisk List").  Highly recommended for audiophiles! 

Cover Condition:  The cover is graded VG+; the cover is solid but there are bits of corner and edge wear and overall storage wear.

Vinyl Condition:  Visually the glossy and clean vinyl is graded NM, no scratches or blemishes noted

GRADING

NEAR MINT (MN):The vinyl has been played and shows no obvious sign of wear with high gloss and sound quality. The jacket has no noticeable defects.

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+):The vinyl shows little signs of having been played, may have light surface scratches and maintains high sound quality and gloss, may have some slight noise in start and fade and in quiet passages. The jacket may have slight wear.

VERY GOOD (VG):The vinyl has been played and handled with some surface scratches and may have some slight noise/pops/hiss but not overbearing. The jacket shows signs of wear without major defects.

I do my best to describe both the vinyl and jacket which, of course, is subjective.   All LPs are wrapped in bubble packing and shipped in a durable cardboard box ideal for record size.
