Description

From 8th April with the front page only in colour, this piece of pop history features pictures and/or articles of Engelbert Humperdinck/Spencer Davis/Alan Price/Pink Floyd/Michael D'Abo/Monkees/Nancy Sinatra/Sandie Shaw/Rolling Stones/Simon Dee and smaller pictures and/or articles of Dave Dee/Pete Murray/Harry Secombe/Dusty Springfield/Beatles/Monkees/Walker Brothers/Jimi Hendrix/Scott Walker/Cat Stevens/Fats Domino + dozens of other pop snippets of the day + the UK Top 50, Top Ten LP's, American Top 20 and some very interesting record reviews. The crossword is untouched but I ringed in pen an LP review by the Critters.  This issue has 16 pages and measures 14" x 12". It's one of thousands I bought new in the 60's. They've been in my loft and untouched for over 25 years. It has very slight wear to the opening edge, otherwise in excellent condition, although there is some slight browning to the edges.  I would imagine that most of these would have been thrown out over the years, making this and others I have quite rare.
