- Sleeve: VGVG (Few creases on both sides along open edge and side closed edge. Crease at corners. There is a small ink line on front at open edge)
- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have ver faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Picture: VG++VG++ (Colors still very bright)
Size: 12" 33 RPM
