Description

Doc Severinsen & John Hersey High School Bands, Doc '78 (1978)
Yes, it's one of those rare Doc Severinsen private press LPs. This one's a double album, and it's still sealed in the original shrink wrap.
It's one of four records that Severinsen made with the band program at John Hersey High School in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights. In this collector's opinion, it has the coolest cover out of all of them.
The shrink wrap has some stretch marks and two small round holes on the front (see photos), but corners and edges are intact without tears. The front cover has visible ringwear, which is probably inevitable, given that there are two records packed into what I assume is a non-gatefold sleeve.
