Description

I don't use closeup pics of vinyl because it doesnt show what you would be looking for, namely noise causing scratches. These were all nm visually. I sampled through them and they are very quiet. Surprisingly so in fact, but i still cleaned them for 30 minutes in my ultrasonic v-8 record cleaning machine. I will list the titles and catalog numbers and jacket conditions only as all vinyl plays nm. On one album there is a slight tick only for one revolution. These might not all meet nm by strict professioal guidelines but they are about as quiet as you can get next to new. I will also run through my VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine if you would like, but the 30 minute ultrasonic bath did a great job. They were in audiophile sleeves when i bought them lending support that an audiophile previously owned and cared for them.

1. Doc Watson "Out in the country" - Masters Stereo 0024983 jacket vg+++

2. Doc Watson "Doc and the boys" United Artists UA-La601-G. Jacket VG some tape

3. Doc and Merle Watson "Down South" Sugar Hill Records SH-3782. Jacket vg+++

4. Doc Watson, Clint Howard, and Fred Price - " Olde Timey Concert" Vanguard VSD
107/08 Stereo. Jacket vg+ (2Lp)

5. Doc Watson "Riding the midnight train" Sugar Hill SH 3752 Jacket vg+++

*** all have jacket protectors and i will throw in mfsl audiophile sleeves for each record to replace the nagoska sleeves.

THE VINYL IS IN GREAT SHAPE. I CLEAN RECORDS PROFESSIONALLY AS A SIDE BUSINESS (GrooveKlenz) AND I KNOW A LITTLE ABOUT GRADING. AS FAR AS PLAYING THEM, I NOTICED NOT MUCH MORE NOISE THAN SOME NEW RECORDS BEFORE THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANED. I WILL LET THE BUYER HAVE 14 DAYS TO DECIDE IF THEY ARE THE satisfactorily graded. IF YOUR NOT HAPPY YOU CAN RETURN THEM. I AM THAT CONFIDENT THAT THEY ARE IN GREAT SHAPE.

If this lot doesn't sell I will auction off each of them individually. .... they are in great shape and meet my standards. I like almost every genre of music but bluegrass isnt one of them. I like jerry garcia so i listen to his bluegrass style music but bluegrass, folk, and reggae bore me in feneral...
