Description

Up for auction/sale is a beautifully preserved vintage copy of Dolly Parton's iconic album "9 to 5 and Odd Jobs" on RCA Victor (AAL1-3852).

This copy is an exceptional find for collectors. The jacket is still preserved in its original factory shrink wrap and features the rare original vintage movie hype sticker on the front advertising "Includes the hit single 9 to 5 from the 20th Century Fox film." Because it features this original hype sticker alongside the early-80s AAL1 catalog transition code, it is a fascinating piece of production history.

CONDITION GRADING (Strictly Visual & Audio Inspected):VINYL: MINT- (NM)The vinyl is in beautiful, top-tier condition. It has only been played a few times and handled with absolute care. It retains its full, radiant factory gloss and looks essentially pristine. The labels are clean, crisp, and free from heavy spindle marks.

CUSTOM INNER SLEEVE: EXCELLENT (EX)Includes the original, rare 1980 custom inner sleeve featuring full album lyrics and exclusive photos. It is in beautiful, crisp condition with sharp edges and no heavy handling splits or tears.

JACKET: VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) to NEAR MINT Thanks to the original factory shrink wrap, the front and back cover graphics are brilliantly bright, clean, and entirely free of ring wear or fading. The spine is perfectly solid and readable. There is a minor, standard cosmetic ding on the bottom-left corner (visible in photos), and light browning througbut otherwise, the jacket is in phenomenal structural shape.
