DESCRIPTION: Dom- Edge Of Time LP. In top opening sleeve with correct original white inner. This is a 2nd press/reissue, near identical to the original, apparently from the early 80s. Clearly lightly played and well looked after. I cant imagine you will get a much better sounding copy than this, given the ambient/atmospheric nature of much of the music. Many more unusual Kraut/Kosmische to come in next few weeks. Postage cost includes box/cruciform mailer and tracking: LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Melocord ST-LP-D001: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1980s issue of 1972. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: Germany: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX+/EX. Vinyl is really clean with a deep, dark sheen. Clearly lightly played and well looked after. Ive played all of this a few times in the last few weeks on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Plays EX and often better. Sounds really clean, loud and clear. It has the occasional soft distant tick and very occasional trace of background sound, mainly at the end of final track on side 1. . Cover is in great shape. It is firm and square and has only light edge wear, corner wear and minimal creasing. White inner is flawless. Immaculately clean labels- just check out the photos. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
