Description

Don Robertson - Yesterday's Rain Jet Set Records. Super-scarce (only 100 were reportedly pressed) folk-rock private pressing from 1968, recorded at the legendary Ojai, California "Two Dot Studios". Nice blend of folk, folk-rock, and slightly psych-folk. Instrumentaion includes guitars, organ, drums, piano, drums, bass, autoharp, 12-string guitar. "When you listen to the songs of Don Robertson, all there is to say is begin with side one, track one, relax and listen to each song on the album carefully. There is a message for each one of us. Truly, yesterday's rain is a guarantee of fresh air for at least another day, but Don Robertson's 'Yesterday's Rain' is a guarantee of a fresh sound of music that will last forever...and then some."
