Description
Columbia CS 9196. Water Boy. Stereo. Original pressing with the "360 Sound" label. Don Shirley was recently portrayed in the Oscar nominated movie "Green Book". The cover grades between VG+ and VG++ with light general wear. The only specific issue is some chipping at the upper left corner (see final photo). The record grades VG++ with full gloss. It plays cleanly and quietly.
Save on shipping with multiple wins. For domestic shipping each additional LP is 25 cents for media mail. For international shipping, I have to calculate a price based on weight. The rate changes dramatically for each pound (as an example 2 lbs. is $24.00 and 2 lbs. 1 oz. is $36.00) If you're bidding on multiple items just request an invoice when you're done and I'll send an adjusted invoice.
The US Postal service increased shipping rates again on 1/27/19. Please check shipping cost before bidding. Thanks.
GRADING
Near Mint or Mint Minus: My top grade. The record or cover will show the most minimal of wear. The record will have top gloss. The cover will be free from any ring wear, splits, or handwriting.
VG++ : Not quite Near Mint but a super clean, desirable record.
VG+ : The record or cover will show signs of wear but no significant defects.
VG : Obvious signs of wear but the record still has life in it. VG does not mean beat.
VG Minus : The record or cover will show moderate to heavy wear. For a common record this would not be an acceptable grade. For an in-demand, rare record it should be considered.
Good : Very heavy wear. This grade would only be acceptable if the record is rare enough that you might not see another copy available for sale.
