On the dead wax on both sides of the record is RVG. At least one side has the 'ear'. The other side shows a part of the ear, but this is not clear.
The label has a small R in a circle under the E of 'Note'.
The address on both sides of the label is '47 West 63rd NYC'. The adress on the cover is also '47 West 63rd St., New York 23'
