Description
Up for auction is a rare original mono pressing of the Donald Byrd 'The Cat Walk' LP on Blue Note Records BLP-4075. The musicians include Pepper Adams, Duke Pearson, Laymon Jackson, and Philly Joe Jones.
Record info:
Strong VG+ close to NM with some minor surface noise. It plays and sounds great!
Cover info:
Strong VG+ with solid seams with wear on two corners. The bottom right corner has wear and a small area of the corner of the artwork slick missing on both sides. It comes with the original Blue Note Records inner sleeve.
Label / Pressing info:
NY USA label mono press. The a-side has a 'Review Copy' promo stamp. It has RVG initials and Ear logo on both sides in the dead wax area.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
