Description
Gigi Gryce / Donald Byrd (with Paul Chambers, Hank Jones, etc.) jazz lab Jubilee 1059, recorded 1957. Deep-groove 4-color label. Factory inspection rubber stamp on back. Some wear to front and back, paper beginning to peel on the spine: E condition. Cover image by Hannan. Disc plays E/E+: some spin-hole wear. Regular pops and crackles and a low-level grainy hiss are built into this pressing. Two long blunt gentle scuffs on side A do not sound, but one short imperfection at the end of side B accounts for a little bit of crunchy turbulence there.
