deep groove BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC 47 West 63rd St NYC labels. RVG machine stamped into the dead wax on both sides the "ear' appears in the dead wax, on both sides, right before BN LP-4007-A & BN LP-4007-B. research has informed me that this is not a true first pressing but an early second press.
the playing surfaces retain much of their original luster. there are not any deep scratches, or pressing flaws on either side. only storage blemishes & a few hairlines. the playback is loud, clear & sharp with light surface noise heard during the quieter passages. clean, undamaged labels with a few spindle trails.
laminated 47 West 63rd St. New York cover. light wear on the corners soiling on the back. the original blue note company inner sleeve has a split bottom seam and a few tears and creases.
