Mono/Stereo: Mono
Label Description: Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC.-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address. RVG stamp and "ear" etched in the dead wax, "R" on the bottom and deep groove.

Grade & Description (cover): M-     A beautiful laminated cover with nice seams and corners. Signed on the front in black marker by Donald Byrd. 

Grade & Description (record): M-     Superb, seldom if ever played.

Additional Notes:   Includes original Blue Note ad inner sleeve. The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection over the next year or so.
