LABEL DESCRIPTION:   Black label with gold lettering and logo. As is common with Transitions the A-side label has fallen off though the B-side label is still intact.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER):  M-     Fabulous cover with sharp corners and strong seams. Blank and textured back. Signed on the front in black pen by Donald Byrd
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M-    Superb, well maintained and free of any scratches, scuffs or marks of any kind.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:     A nearly flawless copy. Includes 12 page booklet. The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of the rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection over the next year or so.
